With a heavy heart and great emotional pain, we regret to inform you that on May 28, at the age of 69, our dear friend, comrade and colleague Sergey Moiseev passed away.

He stood at the origins of SCENAR training courses and seminars, participated in the organization of all international conferences in Odessa. Many years of teaching at the military academy helped him to create excellent SCENAR therapy training courses, which vividly and clearly explained the use of the devices. They helped many new users master personal devices application easily. His cheerful and outgoing personality, ability to get on with people and helpfulness, won the love of many friends around the world. Although Sergey Vladimirovich was not a medical doctor, his lecturer and popularizer skills were highly esteemed and gain authority among all the students. He was a coinventor of a number of special-purpose electrodes and contributed a lot to their development and implementation.

It is hard to overestimate the contribution of Sergey Vladimirovich to the development of SCENAR technology, and the SCENAR world will never be the same without him.
