On August 17, 2025, a prestigious ceremony for the "Don Business Awards" took place in the Rostov Region.

 This significant event for the region's business community was attended by high-ranking officials: Governor of the Rostov Region Yury Slusar and Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov presented the awards to the winners.

Accepting the Rostov Region Government diploma and the "Don Business Awards" statuette, RITM OKB ZAO General Director Yury Starovoytov sincerely thanked the administration representatives for this high appraisal of the company's work. "This victory is the result of the cohesive efforts of our entire RITM OKB team and confirms the correctness of our strategic focus on innovation and quality," emphasized Yury Starovoytov.
This year's "Don Business Awards" competition received 91 applications from 65 regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), underscoring its prestige and the high level of competition. Winning in the manufacturing category is particularly significant given the backdrop of 180,000 small and medium-sized businesses that form the backbone of the Rostov Region's economy.
