The award was given to a team of doctors for a project that represents the culmination of more than 25 years of work. It was at the N.A. Semashko NRCH that SCENAR therapy was first introduced in the region to address complex reproductive issues.

The initiative to implement the method was taken by Dr. Irina Kholmogorova MD, a highest-category reflexologist and Candidate of Medical Sciences. She began her work at a time when the efficacy of SCENAR therapy had not yet been conclusively proven.
The project team also included Dr. Svetlana Kolobova MD, Candidate of Medical Sciences and an Associate Professor at the Privolzhskiy Research Medical University (PRMU). The project leader is Dr. Lyudmila Borovkova MD, Doctor of Medical Sciences and a Professor at PRMU. The curator is Dr. Olga Ermilova MD, Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs of the Regional Hospital and a Candidate of Medical Sciences.
In collaboration with PRMU, the hospital prepared three major studies on the application of the innovative SCENAR technology. The research proved the high efficacy of the method for treating women with inflammatory gynecological diseases, endometriosis, tubal-peritoneal infertility, and recurrent pregnancy loss. The doctors successfully treated a vast number of patients, resulting in a high pregnancy rate. Furthermore, their work demonstrated that SCENAR therapy improves women's overall health, leading to the birth of healthier children.
